In 1971, Lim Peng [allegedly]served the revolution as a regional militiaman in Kampong Thom and joined the CIA in 1976. Becoming a CIA agent, [Pheng]built up CIA forces, destroyed the revolution's pro perty and encouraged combatants to move freely and to hate the revolution.
