Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1973, Seng Soeun, who worked as a soldier for the Vietnamese in 1971 went back to serve with Cambodian troops in Region 15. In late 1974, [Soeun]was sent by Angkar to lead a company in the battlefi eld. However, [Soeun]leaded the troops to defect. In 1975, [Soeun]indoctrinated combatants to form secret troops. Later, [Seng Soeun]was transfered to work in the petrol storage station in Reussei Keo and Kbal Thnol. Finally, [Seng Soeun]was arrested by Angkar.
