Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1964, Kieng Vong Doeun joined the Free Khmer in Zone 4. In 1971-72, [Kien Vong Doeun]became a CIA agent and built up CIA forces to oppose the revolution. In 1975-77, [Kieng Vong Doeun]persuaded the ir clique to steal rice, and to exchange gold for food and weapons with Thailand to be reserved for Khmer forces at Phnom Malay. On 4 May, 1977, [Kieng Vong Doeun]was arrested by Angkar.
