Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1966, Um Chhoeun [allegedly]joined the CIA and formed CIA troops among students against the revolution. In 1967, [Chhoeun]infiltrated the revolution in the Southwest Zone. [Chhoeun]encouraged soldi ers to defect from the revolutionary ranks and did not care about the groups difficulties which caused conflict in the revolution. In 1970, [Chhoeun]was transferred to the Northwest Zone, inciting you th and false groups to destroy printing machines. In 1975, [Chhoeun]planned with Hang and Sou in collaboration with the Thai to attack the revolution. However, this plan failed because Angkar broke up their forces. On 21 june, 1977, Sou and Chhoeun were arrested.
