In 154, Touch Muoch [allegedly]was a militiaman with the Free Khmer. In 1967, he was a spy for a Commune Chief to spy on anyone who helped the Khmer Rouge and joined the CIA to inspire people to escap e into the forest. Later on, he joined the revolution's army and encouraged people to join the enemy. In 1971, [Muoch]was sent by Angkar to Region 4 and inspired people to give economic supplies to en emy's regions, opposed the party's plan, contacted Sou, sent reports for airplanes to drop bombs, hid food supplies for traitorous soldiers and contacted In Tim to attack the party. On July 4, 1977, [ Touch Muoch]was arrested by Angkar.
