Summary / Abstract :
Sam Ann [allegedly]was a sleuth for Sek Sam Iek, Governor of Battambang Province. In 1973, [Ann]was led to join the CIA, spy on the Khmer Rouge, arrest Khmer Rouge supporters, and inspire students to hold demonstration against the Khmer Rouge. In 1973, [Ann]infiltrated the revolution and opposed the revolution by forming military forces. In 1975, [Ann]was a driver in the Department of Commerce. At that time, [Ann]inspired traitorous forces to throw grenades to where our soldiers worked to kill them, destroyed rice and foodstuff when Angkar assigned him to transport it, poisoned animals, and bu rned a grinding mill and 3 hectares of rice. On 3 November, 1977, [Ann]was arrested by Angkar.
