Summary / Abstract :

In 1968, Nop Soeun [allegedly]spied on the Khmer Rouge for Sub-District Chief, Phear Kan. In 1973, [Seoun]joined the CIA and formed the CIA group and troops to attack the revolution. After the liberat ion in 1975, [Soeun]worked in a rice mill, in Battambang province. [Soeun]incited inhabitants to oppose the revolution, formed troops and prepared supplies for the Northwest Zone attack, with the coop erative on Thai. [Nop Soeun]and [Soeun's]people destroyed milling machines and rice. On 10 June, 1977, [Nop Soeun]was arrested by Angkar.
