Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Sam Marn joined the CIA. In 1975, [Marn]went to work in the Public Commercial Section in Phnom Penh and destroyed property of Angkar assigned to the people. During 1976-77, [Sam Marn]continue d actions of destroying property and machinery, burning down warehouses and destroying 3 weapon-carrying ships. On 24 July, 1978, [Sam Marn]was arrested by Angkar.
