Summary / Abstract :

In 1971, Comrade Teng Neng [allegedly]became a CIA spy working for a Chief of Morng Russie District. He infiltrated the revolution networks on the advice of the Deputy Secretary of District 42. He hel d the position of Chief of Region 4, Hospital. In 1972, he became a CIA spy through Sou, launching activities to provoke disputes among people. He hid medicine and food supplies in prepararion to stag e a coup by gathering New People to hide in offices, in order to easily educate and build up traitorous forces. He was arrested by Angkar on 30 February, 1977.
