Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1971, Chhim Sarat [allegedly]was a member of the CIA intellectual team. [Sarat]then spread liberalism among students in order to build CIA forces out of them, and kept track of the revolution's net works which were involved in sabotage. After the liberation day in 1975, [Sarat]went to be trained in Serey Sophon Division in Region 5, then was sent back to his homeland by Angkar to be a cook. Ther e, [Sarat]propagadized youth to escape to Thailand, encouraged them to destroy crops, and built up CIA forces in the units. Later on, [Sarat]was transferred by Angkar to the Economic Unit for one mont h, until arrested by Angkar on 6 August, 1977.
