Kann Sim aka Mon, member of factory K-1 small unit, confessed that in 1975, So Phouen, assistant to Chakk Angre tyre factory, was cadre of Kampong Cham handicap office. In November 1975, the Angkar assigned him to go to Phnom Penh. On April 17, 1976 anti-party plan was postponed until May 20, 1976.
កាន់ ស៊ីម ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកកងតូចរោងចក្រ ក-១ បានសារ ភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ សូ ភឿន ជំនួយការរោងចក្រ សំបកកង់ចាក់អង្រែ ជាកម្មាភិបាលមនី្ទរពិការកំពង់ចាម។ ខែ១១ ១៩៧៥ អង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យមកភំ្នពេញ។ ថ្ងៃទី១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៦ ផ្អាកផែនការវាយបក្ស ហើយលើកយកទៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ឧសភា ១៩៧៦ វិញ។
