Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1971, Heung Oeun, [allegedly]Security Chief of Region 22, joined the revolution. In 1975, [Oeun]started to serve CIA and formed CIA troops in the unities. [Oeun]encouraged free movement, caused dis putes in the department, freed prisoners who were CIA and inspired prisoners to join the CIA opposing the revolution. [Heung Oeun]continued these activities until arrested.
