Summary / Abstract :

Keo Nhi [allegedly]was a spy for Kampot governor in 1968, and went to spy in the revolution as a youth, in in the Southwest Zone. [Nhi]also built up CIA forces in military lines, encouraged youth to g et into conflict, allowed free movement in the units, and destroyed collective property, until arrested by Angkar on July 24, 1977.
