In 1974, Nou Vun [allegedly]joined the revolution, was a Chief of Politics in a company of in Region 9. After entering the CIA in 1976, [Vun]incited youth to hate collectivism, to destroy plantations and to steal property. [Nou Vun]provoked chaos in the cooperatives. Finally, [Nou Vun]was arrested by Angkar.
