Summary / Abstract :

Ros Yen [allegedly]was a spy for a commune chief. During 1963-64, Ros Yen was a spy in the Khmer Rouge, distributing leaflets to inspire people to hate the Khmer Rouge in Rom Duol District. In 1968, [ Yen]joined the CIA. In 1970, [Yen]served for Koh Chhuon, an Ambassador to Laos, and went with Koh Chhuon to Laos staying until 1975. Living in Laos, the person made contact with CIA networks there in order to inspire Khmers to hate the communist regime and inspire Khmers living in Laos to escape to Thailand to form forces. In 1977, the Laotian sent [Yen]to spy on Kampuchea's situation in order to make a report for Laos and Vietnam on a cooperative plan to conquer Stung Treng, Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri Provinces.
