Ngim Chea was Kuon's messenger. In 1973, [Ngim]was the combatant guarding Kuon and the messenger cooperating with traitorous groups. In 1975, Ngim lived in Kampong Som working with Phong, Phen and Chu on [this evidence was not clear].
