In 1973, Dok Choeun joined the revolution as a combatant in a military unit of Division 170, Region 23 . [Dok Choeun]was educated by a political teacher to join the White Khmer forces. In 1976, [Choeu n][allegedly]joined the CIA, caused conflict inside the revolution, destroyed property and crops, and built up secret CIA forces inside the revolution until arrested by Angkar.
