Heu Chheng Kuoy made a confession about American plans in Cambodia. The plan [allegedly]was to be completed within 1977-80 and had to be carried out every six months. The targets to attack went from t he Thai border where forces were gathered, to Battambang, and then Koh Kong, where there were 4-strong regiment forces to gather more people into military service. The next plan, which was to be perfo rmed in 3 months, started from Siem Reap, and then the last plan which was to conquer the whole country had to be fulfilled between 1973-80. Regarding warfare, weapons were transported through Thailan d, and Sek Som Et and Loeuk Som Eoeun were commanders in chief.
