On July 18, 1977 [we]received one family who had been sent from Kus sub-district. On April 17, 1975 Chan Soeun, 24, a new person, was born in Oddar Meanchey province. On April 1975, this family moved to live in Kakoh village, Prasat sub-district, district 109, region 31; furthermore, the family frequently escaped from there.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៨-០៧-១៩៧៧ បានទទួលប្រជាជនមួយគ្រួសារ ដែលឃុំគុសបញ្ជូនមក។ ឈ្មោះ ចាន សឿន ប្រជាជនថ្មី អាយុ ២៤ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅខេត្ដឧត្ដរមានជ័យ ថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៩ គ្រួសារនេះចេញមកនៅភូមីកកោះ ឃុំប្រាសាទ ស្រុក១០៩ តំបន់១៣។ គ្រួសារនេះមានសកម្មភាពរត់ញឹកញាប់ណាស់។
