Summary / Abstract :

In 1968, Nen Tuy [allegedly]was a spy for Tom Nob. His assignment was to spy on Khmer Rouge activities and to build spy forces in each base. In 1970, he joined the CIA and infiltrated the revolution, and started to conduct traitorous actions. He encouraged people to run away so that they were evacuated by Lon Nol troops, destroyed bullets, made people scared of B52, destroyed rice stores and weapo ns warehouses, and built up secret CIA forces in the units. In 1975, he hid foodstuffs and weapons in reserve for attacking the revolution, and encouraged people to go to Thailand to join Free Khmer s oldiers in preparation for attacking the revolution. On 28 July, 1977, he was arrested by Angkar.
