Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Pao Veng Sry [allegedly]joined the CIA while he was studying law. He monitored Khmer Rouge activities in Phnom Penh and propagandized in favour of capitalism. In 1973, he was transferred to B attambang and built up CIA forces by making many teachers join the CIA. In 1975, he propagandized among people to oppose the revolution, and cooperated in transporting medical suppies to the Free Khme r movement led by In Tam, until he was arrested on 2 July, 1977.
