Summary / Abstract :
In 1954, Ros Tin [allegedly]went to study in South Vietnam. [Tin]was infiltrated by Vietnam from then on. [Tin]then gathered Khmer youths to join the Workers' Party and Vietnamese soldiers. Later, in 1955, [Tin]returned to Cambodia and was led by a secretary in Region 37 to join the CIA. He started to destroy bullets, kill good military cadres and inspire combatants to support Vietnam and Sihanouk . After 1975, he encouraged people to oppose the revolution's plan, to destroy the revolution's property, to gather 17-April youths to join military service in preparation for attacking the revolution , and to urge people not to take part in planning. He was arrested by Angkar in January, 1977 when he was discharged from hospital.
