Summary / Abstract :
|
Comrade Tep Ham propagated among people to support the enemy and for soldiers to run away from the defense line to allow the enemy's troop to attack easily. After 1975 liberation, he fled to Battamban g to fulfill plans of hiding food and ammunition in preparation for a coup d'état. He propagated among people to flee to Thailand and to oppose the cooperative regime and to destroy revolutionary prop erties. When realizing the failure, he planned to destroy main factories and warehouse. He was arrested by Angkar on 19 November 1977.
