The leadership apparatus of the Labor Party was appointed in late 1975 with six permanent committee members: Phim, Nhim, Ya, Khuon, Sy and Phuong, and 13 central members of the Labor Party. The party had bases at 203. Its strategist political obligation ran objection to the new guideline of the socialist revolution and managed to take over from B-K-K. The main objectives were to pay high attention to the building up of local areas in zone 203 and zone 506 and expanded political and economic forces in a most full-blown effort. The party was under a dominant influence of the Vietnamese. The political guideline had to revise anti-revolutionary tactics and organized a complete similar to that of the Vietnam whenever they triumphed. By contrast, its plots sustained constant debacles.
ក្បាលមាស៊ីនក្បត់របស់បក្សពលករបានប្រជុំគ្នាចាត់តាំងនៅចុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ដែលគណៈអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ចំនួន ៦នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ភឹម, ញឹម, យ៉ា, ឃួន, ស៊ី និងភួង ឯសមាជិកមជ្ឈិមរបស់បក្សពលករមាន ១៣នាក់ ។ បក្សពលករនេះមានបង្អែកជាមូលដ្ឋាននៅ ២០៣ ឯភារកិច្ចនយោបាយជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្ររបស់បក្សពលករ គឺប្រឆាំងនឹង មាគាថ្មីនៃបដិវត្ដន៍សង្គមនិយម ខិតខំចណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពី ប.ក.ក. មកកាន់កាប់វិញ ។ ភារកិច្ចជាមូលដ្ឋានគឺយកចិតទុកដាក់កសាងមូល ដ្ឋានភូមិភាគ ២០៣ និងភូមិភាគ ៥០៦ ខិតខំកសាងកំលាំង នយោបាយនិងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឱ្យបានខ្លាំងខ្លាបំផុត ។ បក្សពលករគ្រប ដណ្ដប់ដោយទ្ធិពលយួន មាគ៌ារនយោបាយគឺសើរើប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ រាបចំមាគ៌ាតាមយួនទាំងស្រុងពេលណាឈ្នះ ។ ប៉ុន្ដែផែនការ របស់បក្សពលករនេះតែងតែទទួលបរាជ័យជានិច្ច ។
