Summary / Abstract :
In 1970, Comrade Sin Sady was appointed District Chief of Leuk Dek by the Vietnamese because [Sady]liked to make friends with the Vietnamese. When [Sady]became District Chief, [Sady]reported activitie s to the Vietnamese but not to the revolution. [Sady]did this in an attempt to allow the Vietnamese to grasp hold of Region 25. During [his]tenure, [Sady]followed Vietnam's instructions by handing ove r land along the bank of the Mekong River and even pushed the boundary markers into Leuk Dek District. In this way, the whole district was under Yuon's [Vietnam's]control. [Sady]had also had conection s with Chlouk in Region 24. In 1975, [Sin Sady]was in charge of Agricuture Setion and [he]sent all agricultural produce to Vietnam
