Summary / Abstract :

In 1971, Mao Sem, [allegedly]a spy of Hok Seng, infiltrated into a cooperative of the revolution. [Sem]reported the location of Khmer Rouge bases for soldiers to bombard the places. [Sem]planned to at tack Ta Lash base and ordered soldiers to open fire in order to frighten the peasants who were havesting in the paddy-fields. After the liberation from 1975-77, [Sem]tried to destroy dikes and O Ta Ky bridge and was arrested on 15 October, 1977.
