On page 1, contains a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: Note: 1)At first, she had her father involved in her confession, but at last, she tented to turn the subject out. [We]are having her fa ther confirmed; 2)She has her forces at P17, and many others of her forces are at P16, former Region 15 [presently, Region 32, Western Zone). We dare not work out as to what extent this confession wou ld be positive.

Summary / Abstract :
Mey Sichann [allegedly]joined the revolution and was given betrayal actions to block work, caused conflicts in Hospital 17 and built up traitorous forces in the hospital to destroy medical materials. In 1977, [Sichann]went to live in an optical hospital, where [Sichann]caused eye constraint to 15 patients and killed cadres by giving injection serum mixed with kerosine in order to lessen leader for ces. On january 26, 1978, [Mey Sichann]was arrested by Angkar.
