Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Sem Saut [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in Region 25. In 1975, [Saut]joined the Vietnam Workers' Party in order to oppose the Khmer Rouge. At that time, [Saut]made combatants in the units afraid of Lon Nol troops and encouraged them to desert the battle, gave signals to enemies so that they shelled Khmer Rouge positions, destroyed weapons in the units, and increased and s trenthened the Workers' Party inside military ranks. [Sem Saut]continued the traitorous activities until arrested by Angkar in 1977.
