Summary / Abstract :

Suor Tong Ly was [allegedly]a member of the CIA from 1966. After the revolution in 1975, Ly was a peasant in Zone 1, where [Ly]had created CIA forces to oppose the revolution, destroyed supplies and g athered people to attack the revolution backing by In Tam and Sek Sam Eart who came from Thailand, who encouraged people to conflict with collectives.
