Summary / Abstract :

In 1969, Dem Loek [allegedly]was a spy and worked as messenger and built up spy forces in Region 25. In 1970, [Dem Loek]joined the revolution but the person still worked for the CIA, inspiring combata nts to destroy gunpowder, to leave gunpowder in the battlefield or to bomb in different directions. During 1976-77, [Dem Loek]encouraged combatants to damage rice seeds and did not follow the line.
