Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Pal Sim [allegedly]joined the revolution as a platoon Deputy Chief for militia in Koh Sotin District, and conducted traitorous actions by providing collective property to military regions and by informing soldiers to directly shell Khmer Rouge positions. In 1974, when mobilizing troops to attack Phnom Penh, [Sim]informed the soldiers in advance, then attacked the revolution troops first. After the 1975 Liberation day, [Pol Sim]cooperated with Tom to build a ship in order to arrange a plan to attack the party, until arrested by Angkar.
