Summary / Abstract :
Noy Chap [allegedly]joined the Free Khmer in 1966. Nay Chap's assignment was to make people aware of difficulties in joining the communist regions, such as collective meals, and to inspire people to d islike the revolution. In 1970, [Noy Chap]infiltrated the revolution's armed forces in Division 101 of Kandal Sroung Division, Region 15, then secretly shot combatants on the back during fighting, and even inspired people to join the enemy. After the liberation day in 1975, when soldiers came into Phnom Penh, [Chap]then destroyed property and crops, mined cooking houses in order to kill the revolu tion's forces who went to eat there, and worked out a plan to free prisoners. On 2 July 1977, [Noy Chap]was arrested by Angkar.
