Um Sinoeun reported about traitorous plans, traitorous networks and seniors leaders. [Sinoeun]became a CIA agent in 1974 and committed treachery in Region 39, Northwest and Kampong Cham. [Sinoeun]buil t up CIA forces, made up conflict between people and the revolution, prepared plans to support the Free Khmer against the revolution, burnt down houses, warehouses, factories, and bridges, with the pu rpose of making the society chaotic so that Angkar could be easily attacked.
