Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1968, Sien, student at Prey Veng high school, [allegedly]entered the CIA as a messenger. In 1969, [Sien]entered the jungle in Kampong Cham to hide in the revolution and acted against the revolution s plan. In 1974, [Sien]was Chief of Commerce of Region 33 and discouraged men, women and soldiers from entering the revolution to destroy the party's plan. [Sien]secretly supplied food to bandits. [S ien]acted against the revolution until arrested on 13 October, 1977.
