Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Sok Ouch was a militiaman in Chhouk District and went to live in the Northwest Zone as a combatant in 1973. In 1976, [Ouch][allegedly]joined the CIA through Soeun and was assigned to convince the Free Khmer cadres to join a traitorous plan. [Sok Ouch]gathered traitors and held meetings with traitorous leaders in order to contact Thailand, in an attempt to make plans to attack Battambang i n 1976 and 1977. Until in 1976, he was arrested by Angkar, trying to escape after morally misbehaving with someone' s wife.
