Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1966, Hin Pho [allegedly]became a CIA agent to monitor the Khmer Rouge activities. In 1972, [Pho]became a CIA agent as a Sub-District militiaman infiltrating within the revolution, as a courier, an d made contact with CIA networks. In 1974, [Pho]destroyed property, and dumped supplies when transporting them to Region 6. [Pho]continued such activities until 27 October, 1977, when arrested by Angk ar.
