In 1965, Oam Chor [allegedly]was a medical expert in Monivong Hospital and he was under the control of a medic, Tip Morm, who was a Major until 1975. During the time [Chor]lived with Tip Morm, [Chor]w as educated by Tip Morm to join the CIA in order to oppose the Khmer Rouge and keep track of the Khmer Rouge so that it would be easy to grasp hold of the revolution. After the liberation day in 1975, [Chor]lived in Region 35, continued contacting CIA networks, inspired people to oppose Khmer rouge, destroyed agricultural tools, created conflict between the new and base people, and encouraged peop le not to care about plowing the rice fields, until arrested by Angkar.
