Summary / Abstract :

Chhan Noun [allegedly]joined the revolution as a spy to keep track of the internal secrets of Colonel Seng in O'raing Auv District. In 1973, [Noun]secretly discovered Khmer Rouge plans for conquering Koh Sotin to the colonel. In 1975, [Noun]was promoted an officer in Battalion 232, committed actions at Chroy Chang Va, and reported to Chakrey in order to arrange plans for conquering Phnom Penh on J uly 5, 1976.
