Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1972, Ham Ran [allegedly]joined the revolution as a combatant in the Northwest Zone. In 1973, [Ran]started to conduct actions against the revolution by reporting to enemies to evacuate people, burn ing people's houses and rice, and reporting to enemies to drop bombs. During 1976-77, [Ran]contacted Thai and In Tam soldiers in order to arrange soldiers in reserve for attacking the Khmer Rouge, as well as encouraging people to escape to Thailand. [Ham Ran]continued the actions until arrested by Angkar on 12 October, 1977.
