In 1971, Pha Ngao was educated to oppose the revolution in the Nothwest Zone as a messenger. [Ngao]reported to Lon Nol troops to evacuate people and burn people's houses, carried letter arranging for Region 1, tp starv soldiers, killed anyone who refused to join traitorous activities, destroyed property, and encouraged people to oppose the revolution. After the liberation day in 1975, [Pha Ngao]we nt to work in a regional repair unit, and destroyed military rice stores, banana farms and orange farms, rice seeds, corn seeds, and tractors and destroyed water-pumping planning. On 30 November 1977, [Pha Ngao]was arrested by Angkar.
