In 1970, Prak Yin joined the CIA. [Yin]spied on the Khmer Rouge and reported to planes to bomb the location of Khmer Rouge armed forces. 1975-1976 [Yin]built up CIA forces to destroy materials and fac ilities in factories, and also encouraged people to flee to Thailand. [Yin]made connections with Thailand to attack the Khmer Rouge. [Yin]disrupted Khmer Rouge economics by mixing chaff with unhusked rice and then exporting it. In June, 1977 [Prak Yin]was arrested.
