Yeay Lee was a District Secretary in Region 32, Western Zone, and contacted Sey, Houk and Krin who felt dissatisfied with the party's leadership, notably " Brother 15". [Yeay Lee]used to know and stud y with "Phim", "Keo Meas" had feelings of dissatisfaction with the party's leadership and were willing to struggle in secret in order to take authority from the party. They both were angry that all th ose who came from France were superiors and always right, whereas those who had struggled for a long time were always wrong.
