Noy Phal [allegedly]was a division combatant, Battalion 434, and joined the CIA in 1975 in order to conduct actions against Pol Pot. [Phal]then inspired combatants to join the CIA, to undermine Pot Po t's plans by destroying rice, crops and other property, and commiting debauchery. [Noy Phal]was arrested by the Khmer Rouge Angkar in 1977.
