Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1970, Hang Peng joined the revolution as a combatant of Division 703, Region 25. [Peng][allegedly]started to conduct betrayal by making combatants afraid of the war, and not attacking the enemies' positions, and firing guns to signal to planes so they would drop bombs. In 1975, [Peng]was transferred by Angkar to the sea-water territory, and [Peng]then destroyed weapons by dropping them into the sea, and destroyed people's crops as well. On 11 August 1977, [Hang Peng]was arrested by Angkar.
