In 1953, Kul Thai joined the revolution. In the party, [Thai]was a political trainer. In 1975, [Thai]was a cadre in Unit K87 in region 23. He inspired people to hate and act against the revolution. He worked with Phim to prepare the plan to attack the revolution. They took the Eastern Zone as a base, because that region is next to Vietnam. It was an easy place for communication, collecting forces and food supply.
