Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1965, Ham Chhel [allegedly]was a spy in Battambang. In 1973, [Chhel]joined the revolution as an Under-Secretary in Region 2, and started to conduct actions against the Khmer Rouge. [Chhel]then enco uraged combatants to get into conflict with the revolution, built up underground CIA forces to destroy people's rice crops, and had medical workers kill, by injection, the cadres staying in hospital. [Chhel]continued the actions until arrested by Angkar on 13 November, 1977.
