Summary / Abstract :
|
Chhan [allegedly]was a combatant in Division 310 with Commanders Oeun and Voeung, who gave [Chhan]assignments aimed to prepare for attacking the revolution. The mission of Division 310 was to arrange military forces to attack the capital Phnom Penh. If anyone failed to carry out the plan, they had to be shot dead because Angkar found out about their plan and some of their members. [Chhan]then for fear of his connection being revealed by partisans, had them killed secretly. [Chhan]also ordered youths to transport foodstuff to soldiers and threatened youth brutally.
