Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Phe Dy [allegedly]served for the CIA as a secretary of the USA. [Dy]made a confession to reveal American plans in Cambodia during the Lon Nol and Pol Pot periods. The plan aimed to attack Cam bodia and use it as a base to invade other countries. They also buried weapons when they were defeated by the Khmer Rouge, and there was a list of CIA networks in each province, arranged in order to o ppose Khmer Rouge.
