Summary / Abstract :
|
Lim Som got in touch with Hem and Chong's networks. After they were in touch, Lim Sam was ordered by [his]leaders to take action in Kampong Saom, destroy factories and state warehouses, demolish the n ew and old port in Kampong Saom, and steal motorboats to be used in cooperation with Vietnamee forces when there was any gun fire. In 1976, [Sam]assigned partisants to spy on high-ranking officials wi th the purpose of having them killed by means of poisoning and secretly shooting them while alone. [Sam]continued carrying out plans and assigned partisants to conduct actions until arrested by Angkar on 11 September, 1976.
