Summary / Abstract :

Kak Khim [allegedly], half Khmer, half Phnong ethnic minority, was a spy for a Commune Chief during 1967-68, in Region 105, assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge's activities. In 1970, [Kak Khim]was assigned by Angkar to be Chief of the Economic Militia Team. He was educated by the Commune Chief to join the White Khmer, and then started to build up White Khmer forces in the forest, stole foodstuff to sup ply the White Khmer, burned rice, and infiltrated the revolution's headquaters to assess situations. He also hid and threw stones and shot with a bow to cause continual unrest. In 1977, he was arreste d by Angkar.
